HI I have a lap top running windows 10, I just bought a new memory module from A-Data (8Gb), but windows 10 ( and ubuntu) did not recognizes it, is it a bios version upgrade needed? are those modeule compatible? When I insert only the 8Gb module the computer does not start. Item...
