before 2 days i bought razer deathadder elte, but when i try to custumize in razer synapse.... Razer Synapse cant detect the mouse. I watched a lot of videos how to fix this, but nothing happen. and i dont know what to do now

The prt sc sys rq and scr lk keys will all off sudden will not light up when I press fn on my Razer Cynosa Chroma rgb keyboard. How should I fix this? I have already made sure that all my drivers for my razer keyboard and mouse are up to date and they are.
