reactivate

I just did some installation using reactive LED strips - all the content from my monitor on my furniture :) :

I have tried to gather as much information about this as I can but there are still some things I am not sure about. My Windows is retail and I have my license connected to my MS account. Apparently, to activate Windows OS after a hardware change, you would want to click on the "troubleshoot"...

I am going to buy and external SSD and I was wondering what else I will need minus the SSD itself and if I use it externally will the performance be any different than if I used it internally?

i plan to buy an 8gb ram... my budget is $60-70 only.. i saw this team elite ram.. i just need to find some cheap but decent ram pls help me..
