reappearing window

Hello Just as of recently Windows Media Player has been opening randomly and seemingly without any reason. After looking around I disabled it and it hasn't reappeared since, however now VLC starts opening by itself. So I uninstall it, and now I get notifications saying "you don't have any apps...
