Remote Play

Hey everyone I'm having a problem with the "PS Remote Play" app, i can’t use remote play app away from home because it says to "connect your device with same internet which is connected to your PS4" How should i play my PS4 away from home using remote play ? please help me. btw I'm from Pakistan.
