rog zephyrus m15

My CPU usage goes down to 6% percent every 3 or 5 minutes ! sometimes GPU refuse to work and goes down to 11% I have no idea what's the case , mostly happens in Fallout 4-76 and Days Gone before all that...have to mention it's gaming laptop ASUS ZEPHYRUS M15 with an awful liquid metal...

So as the title says, I purchased a "universal" external GPU housing on amazon. What they actually sent me was a RAZER CORE X eGPU housing. Which is only compatible with Select razer and MAC laptops, hardly universal. So here's my question. Is this still usable on an ASUS ROG ZEPHYRUS M15. I...
