I bought an RX 480 8gb and it arrived a few days ago, has been making a very anoying coil whine sound every time I play a game, is there any solution?

Hi! I recently bought a used RX 480 reference card and i plugged it in and the idle temps were like 50-60c. I changed the thermal paste and did everything i could think of to get the temps lower. Nothing worked. Any suggestions? Jesse
