sagging

Typically, the GPU sags the most on the front right corner, as there’s no support there, but I’ve noticed that the front left corner is also slightly sagging (with the bracket attached) is this normal?

So say my max processor speed is 3 GHz, then my minimum is 1 GHz roughly lets say. So in terms of setting my minimum processor state, which is by default at 5%. Should I set it to 30%? Or is there truly a power savings if it's down at 5%? Does it just never truly drop below 30%? Or does by...

I have a 15 pound rock here I believe? This has no power. Took battery out and plugged in ... Also no power, no light or nothing! Is this thing junk or is there a solution? Please help just trying to help a friend out. Thanks
