Got a 5600 xt sapphire pulse and after installing any of available drivers i cant get to windows. Only way to boot is to go into safe mode and uninstall drivers. I tried everything, plugging and unplugging cables, updating and rolling back windows, updating bios and other drivers, ddu... its...

I was trying to switch bios to quiet mode in my rx 580 because i wanted fix my low gpu usage but somehow it is broken and i do not know how to turn it back into quiet bios mode and i thought about using a needle but i do not know how to use it on the switcher help!! Some Photos of it...

I'm a bit of a noob building computers but now I should change my motherboard + cpu + ram, so I was just wondering can the static electricity level of the case change on some point? If I take the case out of the wires and stuff can the static level of the case change during the installation?
