screeching

I've recently purchased a WD Blue 2TB and a WD Blue 4TB. I am certain both arrived with a damaged head but I want to make sure before sending it back. They both make quiet but worrying noises when reading/writing to random places(but these could normal) but they both make loud screeching noises...

So when i run my pc at high work loades, mining crypto, rednering videos, gaming at 4k etc. there is this weird schreeching noise from my pc. I'm assuming its from the power supply since it has to output alot of power in these circumstances. However, it might be the gpu, cpu or something else...
