Secondary HDD

After a good 1 hour and 30 minutes my secondary hard drive isn't right, it still shows in device manager, im able to access it in explorer, but when I reboot, all the changes that I made after the 1 hour and 30 minutes are gone? EDIT: I got my drive less than a year ago if that helps
