    Question Computer does not shut down with 4-port network card installed ?

    I have a 4-port NIC (StarTech ST1000SPEX4) in a new computer (MSI Codex R). When I try to shut down the computer it will shut down Windows 11 but the PC stays on, i.e. fans stay on, PCI-E card stay on, etc. I have to press the power button for 5s to do a hard shutdown and then start it again...

    After trying to shutdown PC won't turn off

    Behavior: After attempting to shutdown (Windows 11 Pro) the OS seemingly shut down, all screens go to sleep (as in loosing signal as it is expected), but the PC will still run, all fans keep spinning and all lights are still on. Only by holding down the power button can I shot it down and to...
