Single Link DVI

I have to Apple Cinema Displays, with each one DVI-D input. Because I need to use two Computers with these Monitors, I bought a KVM Switch. It has one HDMI in and output and one DisplayPort in and output. The Problem is, that only one of the two Screens are working. Here is how it is set up...

hey so today I built my first computer, I had some trouble the computer would post, but when I put in the last led of the last fan, it wouldn't post. So i tried to move it to different pins, thought oh the USB pin shouldn't be the end of the world. sparks flew... think my mother board is fried...
