software engineer

I need a new budget laptop, should I go with Ryzen 5 3500U, or Ryzen 3 3200U, is there any big differences? I'm looking at Acer Aspire 3 A315-41 laptops, is it a good laptop for an early software engineer student? I mostly just code some stuff, and any suggestion for a better choice? Any help...
