hi, so im having a lot of problems on my pc while im playing games my fps never goes above 25 in games(like TERA at low settings). i just replaced my graphics card too. my pc: -700 Watt Cooler Master -AMD Vishera FX-8350 Eight-Core -AMD Radeon HD 7970 3GB(OLD)---(replaced)---> Nvidia gtx 1060...
