under $200

I am going for a $650-$750 build and I am wondering what GPU I should get. I am thinking of the GTX 150Ti, but according to some websites, it is (or will be soon i.e a year) a little outdated. Which one should I get that will last about 2-3+ years?

HI! I successfully built my first computer and all worked well but when I went to plug it in to Ethernet it says "identifying network" and later changes to "unidentified network". If I troubleshoot it says "Ethernet doesn"t have a valid IP configuration i've tried everything i can find online. Help!
