How do i fix this ?
I helped a friend of mine to update his bios.
After the Bios update, the vga led turned white and stayed on. Which wound like an probanly easy to fix problem because the gpu worked fine before.
Well after a day of Trouble Shooting downgrading the bios clearing cmos etc...
One day I saw update on GIGABYTE CONTROL CENTER. It was something like "...4070oc....". i believe it was gpu firmware/bios update.

Hey, I just assembled my components but when I turn on the system, the VGA led on the motherboard stays on, and can't even access BIOS to change any settings.

and all of these give the exact same boot error.
