wifi/bt network card issue

Internal wifi/bluetooth card registering as working in device mgr. When you attempt to pair say headphones, they show up in the device mgr but won't pair even though if you add them as bluetooth devices in Bluetooth and Other Devices they show up as though they are paired but no audio. Devices...
