My question is basically the title. I'm thinking of changing cases so that means moving all the hardware from one to another so do I need to format my PC in order to do that or will I keep all my stuff after the change? Thanks!

The green light on unit went out. I checked output voltage, it was 2 volts. Replaced power cord and the green light is blinking. What does this mean?
