x99 and memory

Hi, recently I got a ASUS ROG RAMPAGE V EXTREME motherboard. I would like to turn it as a X99 server but I am not sure if it supports server components. I would like to know if there are a successful case of using this motherboard with Xeon 16xxv3/4 and ECC UDIMM or ECC RDIMM. Thank you.
