xfx - radeon rx 590

My card often overheats using the default fan curve, but any time I restart my pc using an updated fan curve in Radeon Software it reverts back to the original fan curve. I am using the 20.1.4 drivers.

Whenever I am playing a came like Cs:Go or Stars Wars my monitor randomly goes black while my pc remains on. I can still hear the game or whatever I am doing on my pc. I tried making sure the cables are in all the way but that is all I could think of doing. Specs: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Radeon Rx 590...
