I have a budget of £250 to spend on a keyboard, mouse and mouse mat.
Can anyone suggest some good products?

I was thinking:

Mouse: Razer Mamba Tournament Edition (Wired)
Keyboard: Razer Blackwidow Chroma
Mouse Mat: Razer Speed (Extended)

Or I could downgrade my mouse mat and get a Corsair K95 Gen 3.

Not sure what is better: Blackwidow or K95

Or possibly I could move away from improving peripherals and Possibly improve my setup?
I currently have a Corsair K70, Razer Deathadder (Non-Chroma) and Razer Speed (Small)
The Deathadder's scroll wheel is a little squeaky and mouse mat is too small however.

My setup:
Case: Corsair Carbide Series 300R Windowed Edition
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 970 Gaming 4G
CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K (Overclocked to 4.4GHz)
MoBo: ASUS Z97-A
RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR3 - 8GB
PSU: Cooler Master G700 (700W)
SSD: Kingston ssdNow 120GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB

ok, so what games are you playing? for csgo the razer mamba is a nogo due to its sensor, the deathadder is good if you medium to big hands. (I just got the deathadder a week ago and the adjustment is hard due to my hands being on the smaller side) I can say that the sensor in the deathadder is flawless. However if you want the perfect mouse for csgo, the finalmouse 2016 is finally in stock at amazon and it is very light which i would really like. The goliathus speed is good, and i don't know much about keyboards.

I sold my g502 for a deathadder because as a low sense csgo player the mouse was just too heavy so thats why i didnt like it
