A320 are more for office builds, than gaming builds. You are going to want more ram, at some point. 8gb has become the bare minimum for a gaming rig these days. A 4 slot B350/B450 board gives you more upgrade ability.
I don't see what is so good about the ab350 mobos as I am not overclocking and won't use the extra ports
If your not overclocking then the A320 should be fine and you may get a small boost anyways with XFR and you memory choice is good, just be sure to enable DOCP in the BIOS to get it to run at the correct speed. Doing so can make nearly a 10-15 FPS increase in gaming.
I think they've unlocked, via BIOS update, the A320 boards for overclocking but I'm not 100% sure.
Is there any noticeable differences between the b350 and b450

450w is enough isn't it?
That 450W is enough, the quality is decent and will deliver enough power to the system.
If you do go with that A320 board just make sure the BIOS is up to date and that will help with the memory compatibility. Afterwards I'd enable DOCP (AMD's version of XMP) to get it to run at the correct speeds. If it doesn't boot or fails to boot then make sure the memory is in the correct spot.
It's fine, although going with 2x4gb then upgrading to 16gb with another 2x4gb kit may not work even if it's identical. Memory is finicky which is why it's sold in kits to the better option is to get your 2x4gb kit then when your ready to upgrade buy a 2x8gb kit and sell your 2x4gb kit.
