£650 Editing Only PC

New to Desktops, I've always used laptops for convenience.

Looking for a PC that will be able to edit 1080P 60fps (For YouTube) videos in sony vegas pro 14 and light photo editing.

The total cost cannot exceed £650. I plan on doing NO gaming at all, my focus is content creation.
Also, I'm not too bothered if Windows 10 isn't included in the build but if it is thanks

For a grand total of £647.93 you get, a Ryzen 5 1600, 16GB DDR4 3200 RAM, a 2TB SSHD Hybrid drive to give you a good balance between SSD and HDD performance, the NVidia Quadro P400 for those tasks that you want to use NVENC hardware encoding for, an acceptable case, and a solid Seasonic Focus 550W PSU.

This system provides plenty of threads, a good amount of RAM, and options for upgrades and/or overclocking. As an asside, it could game, but everything was chosen in the interests of content creation. Lots of HD space, professional Quadro graphics, and fast components.
