I think that's actually a thing, at least "virtual" benchmarking. I haven't tried the original game yet, but it apparently includes a simulated version of 3DMark as a means of benchmarking the systems. I wouldn't be surprised if the sequel were to add additional simulated benchmark software as well. Probably not good to base a review on though. : D

How realistic this is. Is there scalper market and you have to hit f5 several times and still not get GPU at msrp price if at all?
Because this is simulation, it should be as accurate as possible!
