You're not getting an IP address from your router on your PC. It isn't showing that it's physically disconnected, but I'd reconnect both ends of the ethernet cable first just the same.

Next step would be determining your network setup as you haven't described it at all.

Does the computer go directly into your router or is there other stuff in the path (switch/outlet/powerline/moca)?

There are a couple things wrong with that result.
You do have an IPv4 gateway, but no IPv4 address. The 169.x.y.z address is used as a default when no response is returned.
You have an IPv6 address, which is also the default when no response is returned.
The subnet mask is wrong for a typical home network.
I THINK that some values in your IPv4 have been manually entered.
I would start with a brand new cable directly to your router. NOTHING in between.

The modem is in the living room, then there’s an ethernet cable going to my home office, where it goes into a router to feed two PCs. It’s been fine for years…

Thank you, all!:giggle:
The 50’ ethernet cable coming from the modem somehow became slightly ajar…
Longtime sound reinforcement hobbyist here immediately thought it was some “computer thing,” so I overlooked the physical stuff…🤔
