Question “No Signal” after installing new PSU

Recently just upgraded my PSU from a VS450 Corsair to a TX650M. I plugged in all cables and the system boots up fine, GPU fans are spinning, case fans, HDD starts up, but no signal comes on the monitor. There is a small white light on the motherboard and next to it reads “CPU”. I checked the cpu power cable and as plugged in and it was, my VS450 unit still works fine when plugging it in the same way and i get an image on my monitor. any suggestions as to what’s gone wrong?

Could be TXM is DoA. Try other PCIe cable/modular slot.

Remove the CMOS battery for a minute or short the CMOS reset pins with a jumper or screwdriver.
