So recently I’ve replaced my RX 480 GPU with a RX 5700 XT. It’s ran fine but the only problem is that the message, “The current input timing isn’t supported by the monitor display. Please change your input timing to 1920x1080, 60 hz or any other monitor listed timing as per monitor specifications.” This message only comes up before windows as booted up and when the bios is able to be accessed, hence the problem, I can’t access my bios. I have gone into windows and changed the hz to 60 and resolution to 1920x1080 and 60 hz already and it hasn’t fixed the problem. Specs are posted below

Monitors (dual setup): Dell SE2717HR 27”
GPU: RX 5700 XT
Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F
OS: Windows 10
*Note: due to my monitors only having VGA and HDMI ports and my gpu only have 1 hdmi and 3 dp I am running hdmi to dp chords from my pc to monitors

if you need any further information let me know
