0.10Mb/s upload speed?

So essentially to my PC as of a few minutes ago, I am getting 13Mb/s down and 0.10Mb/s up.

Could the 0.10Mb/s be an obvious issue?

I have no experience with networking

If your gaming or need to upload stuff to the cloud or upload anything else to the web, yeah that's gona be a huge problem.

Game alot, I use the cloud for college, so yeah, I think I need some advice.

I literally had to delete Fallout 4 last week because it rendered my steam unusable due to the cloud Sync.

I am on BT as my provider, and I have a home Hub 4

What speeds did you have before? What are you paying for?

Are you connected via WiFi or ethernet?

What is your internet connection? 4G, fibre, DSL, cable?

Is it just this device, or do other devices have the same issue?

Connected via wifi card.

Multiple devices have this issue.

Ethernet does not change it.

Specifications.
802.11n dual band, 4x 1x 10/100/1000Mbit/s, 3x 10/100Mbit/s Ethernet ports.
The BT Home Hub 4 is an ADSL2+ modem router with a single Gigabit Ethernet port, three Fast Ethernet ports, a USB port and an RJ11 input that lets you connect the device to your broadband

Thats the router spec if its any consolation.

Phone line and the internet are on 2 different filters.

Can you log into the router and post a screenshot of the line stats page?

Are ALL of your phones on DSL filters, including every other device that uses the phone line (medical alarm, house alarm, sky box, whatever)?

I think they are all on DSL filters, the only thing I can see on that list is the sky box. If I unplugged it and tried would that help?

OK. If you're still getting the low upload speeds, it's likely something on your ISP's side.

Yeah, tried to contact them, but I just get a Bangladesh helpline, and they have swapped the router numerous times.

Upstream: 1.109 Mbps is better than my current speed, any idea why I am not getting that?

Something on the ISP's end, if they've changed the router.
