0% GPU Usage and CPU Core 1 and 2 always at 100%

My Laptop Spec:
Nvidia Gefore 1050Ti
Intel i7 8th Gen 6 core
8 GB RAM

was playing dota 2 at 60-100 FPS and it suddenly drop to 10-30 FPS

Run a test, is it picking up your 1050TI or is it saying its integrated graphics, also, what are your temperatures looking like?

Run a test using software like powerup GPU Z and see is your GPU is properly working if not try to update the drivers

it is picking up as 1050Ti
and the temperature was 50-60
and when idle sometimes the fan is around 7300 RPM which is very loud
