0% GPU usage GTA V

Hi,
I recently bought a gtx 970,after few seconds in GTA 5 my GPU usage goes to 0% completely and i can't even go to the menu to close the game,0 fps.
Only this game has problems,wicher 3,crysis 3 and couple other games are running fine.
Latest GPU Drivers are installed.
i5 4670K
8GB ram
Also,my PSU is GX 650w,low quality but soon gonna upgrade.

Either driver or game specific issue. Tried using old driver?
