Question Mouse intermittently stops scrolling down ?

I have an issue where my mouse intermittently stops scrolling down as if it hit the bottom of the page. Happens in any program. No recent installs that would have affected it and not sure if any recent Windows updates would have caused it. I've reinstalled all mouse drivers/software.

The mouse is a Razer Basilisk V3 Pro about a year old, . The only other example of this I found on the internet had a solution of messing with how many lines to scroll solving the issue. Didn't work for me.

Mobo: MSI MAG x870 Tomahawk
CPU: AMD R7 9800X3D
RAM: Corsair 64GB 6000mhz
PSU: MSI MEG Ai1300p
Storage: Corsair MP700 2TB approx 50% full
Samsung 990 PRO 2TB approx 10% full
WD 4TB HDD approx 5% full
Everything above is less than 6 months old

Peripherals: External WD drive, Razer RGB headphone stand, Razer RGB mouse mat, Razer mouse dock/charger, razer blackwidow keyboard, razer basilisk v3 pro (wired/wireless)
Keyboard about two years old. Everything else less than one years old
Wired network.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

List of all connected peripherals.

Wired or wireless network?

Try other known working (no scrolling issues) mice on your computer.

Try the Basilisk mouse on another known working computer.

Determine if the problem follows the Basilik mouse or stays with the computer.

Look in Reliabilty History/Monitor and Event Viewer for any error codes, warnings, or even informational event being logged just before or at the time of the scroll freeze ups.

Updated system specs.
Checked Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer and don't see anything that would indicate a mouse issue.

I'll test the mouse on another computer and am actively using a different mouse on this one. It's so sporadic that I have to test for a while to give a definitive answer.
