Hello,

Yesterday i plugged in a new steelseries arctis nova 7 headset into my pc (coming from turtle beach). At first the pc didn't seem to recognize it but after putting it in a different usb socket it recognized the headset and worked for a bit..
Thats when the blue screens started and keeps repeating every few minutes.
I'm not sure what to do about it as i dont have much time inbetween blue screens.

Any help is very much appreciated and thank you in advance!

Here's the dumpfile:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ySasntLCQ89BT3QKvxPWqvMiBjVQQP06/view?usp=sharing

PC Specs
Mobo: Gigabyte B850 Eagle
CPU: Ryzen 7 9700X
GPU: XFX Speedster Merc 7800 XT
RAM: 32GB DDR5 - 6000mhz
PSU: 750w Gold

Just to make sure, is the kernel dump file stored in the same location as the minidump? Or do i have to look elsewhere for it?
It's unfortunately getting late here so I'll be going to bed now.
I'll provide the files you requested tommorow.

I'll make sure to go through the greyed out entries tommorow as well.

Thanks for the help so far!
same directory. kernel dumps are stored as the file memory.dmp by default.

intel usb bluetooth driver:
ibtusb.sys Fri Oct 18 07:33:10 2024
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html

(i did not see any problem with this device, just noticed it was installed, there might be a update)

kind of strange that you have an amd cpu and motherboard and chipset drivers but you also have the intel cpu power management drivers installed.
IntelPMT.sys (intel processor power management (not sure what the T is for)
intelpep.sys (intel power engine plugin)
ibtusb.sys (intel blue tooth usb)

looked like the failure was something attached directly to the pci/e bus
Odd.
I've downloaded everything (including the chipset drivers today) from the gigabyte site for my motherboard, gigabyte b850 eagle wifi6e.

I may have downloaded an intel version instead of realtek somewhere perhaps? As both versions are listed.

Is this something i can delete?

I think most of the conflicts that you can correct are due to motherboard RBG controllers. apply the motherboard rbg firmware update first.
(two controllers and two software controllers using the same resource was the problem)
I actually don't think i have installed the latest motherboard rbg drivers so I'll start with that.
Just to make sure i understand, you want me to download gigabyte rbg fusion to install it's firmware?

What changes/removals/etc have you made per this conversation?
So far i have:
- Removed turtle beach and steelseries headset from usb port.
- Uninstalled turtle beach software
- Uninstalled icue
- Updated chipset drivers ( i see they released a new version today)
- Tryed to remove usb with faultcode 43 from device manager but this keeps coming back.
- Downloaded gigabyte rgb fusion 2.0.
- Fusion didn't seem to install the firmware software so downloaded it from gigabyte motherboard website namely:GIGABYTE IT5711 RGB lighting controller firmware upgrade package.
Got the following error trying to install that: Can't find the same ID as FW in multiple bin files.

Planning to delete the greyed out devices in device manager on next reboot

Go into your BIOS and disable RGB.

What Gigabyte apps do you have installed?
Seems like there's no RGB settings in the bios and all goes through fusion?
I've gone through all settings and can't find anything with RGB ijn it, neither can the search function in the bios find anything with RGB in it.

In the section with integrated devices, you should be able to disable the RGB/LED controllers.
Unfortunately i didn't get to have another look. I'm gonna have to do that tommorow after work. Unfortunately only get a few hours a day to work on this problem due to a busy schedule.
Again, thanks for your help today and i'll check in again tommorow.

you might attempt to boot, and see if you have a service for atiHDAudioService and disable it and reboot
before the timer goes off (about 2.5 minutes after you bootup) (you might go into bios and disable your motherboard audio). I am finding conflicting names for where the driver/service come from.

system uptime was 2 mins 34 seconds.
second bugcheck looks like it is also from the audio subsystem but might be this driver:
\SystemRoot\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\atihdwt6.inf_amd64_4ad1437aef138551\AtihdWT6.sys

AtihdWT6.sys Tue Apr 30 07:51:17 2024

I just went through all the 4 dumps from tonight.
Results:
2x AtihdWT6.sys
1x HDAudBus.sys
1x storahci.sys

Looks like these are more symptoms than causes since there's 1 outlier here? Could it be some weird power setting going ham? Perhaps cause F3a bios version? Or some power setting in the bios?
Still weird that the system was stable for quite some months until a headset plugin.
