I tried EVERYTHING what I found in the forum, I'm NOT in Windows. USB and CD are not displayed.
The blue screen will not disappear!
How can I crack the PC so that I can reinstall windows?

What version of Windows are you trying to install?

I have Windows 10 installed.
I have backup to USB with AOMEI, but the USB drive does not open. Also on the DVD drive I can not access. In BIOS I tried both, without success. Bluescreen F8 does not work.

The PC I had already 3 times in an IT shop to repair, reinstall Windows, result: always another blue screen. I live in Thailand and search in vain for help, which also fails in the Thai language.

The instruction I have read, but - I can not enter anything, USB and DVD are not displayed. Only the blue screen will be displayed at the start. F8 does not click.
What I can change in Bios, I do not know, I'm not so familiar with the innards of PC's.

Last week, Windows installed an update. After booting blue screen "Critical Process Dead". PC newly set up.
Yesterday Bluescreen: RECOVERY Files: Windows System32 / winload.exe
