New SSD = Re-installation of Windows

Now I posses a "butthole-PC"

I turned on my computer to discover I'm missing two ".dll" files. "MSVCP120.dll" & "MSVCR120.dll"

After a quick google search, I discovered I need to install "Microsoft 2013 Redistribution Software yada yada yada" I did so. I now have two ".exe" programs in my downloads folder. "vcredist_x64.exe" & "vcredist_x86.exe" After opening them, accepting the EULA, pressing install, and letting it initialize for a couple seconds, my computer has the audacity to give me another error. (0x80070005 - Access is denied.)

So, I have tried batch files and subinacl, and nothing works. I will need to speak to whoever is helping me in live chat or some other method because checking back here and doing things one-step-at-a-time, would take a long time. Especially if it ends up being an error. We will have to backtrack and I would much prefer a live conversation. I have teamspeak 3, Skype, discord, Curse, Mumble, anything I need. I'm just really seeking help as I would like my PC back to the way it was.

PS. I wasn't getting the "Missing blah blah blah.dll" until this morning. I had woke up, turned it on, did some things, restarted my PC, and bam. Cyber-AIDS.

Help is greatly appreciated.

PPS. I have Windows 10 and two drives. (SSD and HDD)
