I get this error when I try to start the Camera in Win11. But I am still able to ZOOM. What am I missing?

Try uninstalling app then reinstall, sounds like you may just have some corrupted camera app files. See if that helps at all.

Do you mean uninstalling, and re-installing Win11?

Update: I tried "Get Help' in Win11. That just 'reset'(I didn't know the webcam could be reset) the webcam. Now, It works fine. So I can do the video I wanted to do.
