Question Bluetooth speaker not playing

Hello!
I have a portable CAT mini bluetooth speaker that no longer makes any sound...at all. It also has AUX to which I tried to attach a laptop-speaker cable, without success.

I am attaching a picture of the object in question and I am waiting with interest for your opinions!

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

List of all connected peripherals.

Wired or wireless network?

What audio card are you using? Source?

Have you tried reinstalling the drivers?

Is there are way of determining if the speaker is fully charged?

Yes, it is fully charged. I tried with the cable in.

So I'm assuming you're trying to connect your laptop to your speaker. When you switch the speaker on does it still show up 'Bluetooth and other devices' and does it show connected?
Does it show up in Device Manager and if you click on Properties is it working. Are drivers up to date?
Is it set as Default in Sound panel in Control panel?
Have you got another device, phone you can connect and see if speaker works.
