Hi Guys,
My laptop has an intel SSD and the hard drive. Windows is on SSD. SSD was installed before 5 months and was working fine until a recent crash with this error code. Then I installed windows again after complete reformatting of the SSD. Now my laptop still shows the above error code in a blue screen sometimes when I reboot the system. Any idea what could be the reason?

Solution
When I did a Google search for that code, I found a lot of info here:
https://www.google.com/search?sourc...hUKEwiq5MiOkrHmAhUKLKwKHTCjAowQ4dUDCAc&uact=5
It appears to be caused by an error in your BCD (Boot Configuration Data) that can be fixed using a Microsoft Media Creation Tool. Here's another link, this time to one of the Microsoft forums:

Unfortunately when we get those cryptic codes, we have to do searches since MS doesn't bother to give us plain language error messages. :(
