0xc000000f error after formatting and trying to install win10 with USB:A Required device isn't connected or can't be accessed"

After formatting my SSD, I've tried to install windows on my PC with a USB key. It always gives me error 0xc000000f "A Required device isn't connected or can't be accessed" and I can't press f8 to go to start settings because it just doesn't do anything and when my press the key to retry it doesn't do anything. I can only access my BIOS.
I'm in LEGACY+UEFI, FATS BOOT is disabled, SATA mode = AHCI mode, all hotplugs are disabled and my SSD is a Drevo X1.

Use another usb flash drive and/or USB port

use the Microsoft media creation tool and eventually rufus to get a bootable USB flash drive

eventually the boot order has to be set to USB

which laptop or motherboard/pre-built system is it?

It's a self-built pc, I just had to format the SSD. I'm going to try what you told me and I'll keep you updated.
