[SOLVED] 0xc000000f

Im trying to install fresh win10 on new configuration but without success. I have bootable usb with win10 and that win10 works 100%, because I install on different configuration many times. When I try to boot win10 from usb I got 0xc000000f error. When computer normally boot I got standard message

An operating system wasn’t found. Try disconnecting any drives that don’t contain an operating system.
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

DBAN was used to clean hdd. So what can be problem? I trying to somehow enter cmd but I cant. Security boot is disable and boot priority are tried in all combinations
