I have problem when upgrade window vista to window 7 home premiun.unable start ,code 0xc0000142.Please help me solve this issue

I have problem when upgrade window vista to window 7 home premiun.unable start ,code 0xc0000142.Please help me solve this issue

0xc0000142 is usually caused by a corrupt registry entry. Causing an initialization error of a an app or dll not loading properly.

Any of the following may resolve the problem.

1 - Simply reboot system.
2- Run system file checker SFC /scannow (Requires CD when prompted)
3 - Boot from CD and repair-install

DO NOT run any 3rd party Registry Cleaner !
