Generally that error is caused by conflicts created by using 32bit appplications in 64 bit environment and visa versa. Try the solutions in the following link as a guide. Ignore the fact that it focuses on Windows 7. The problem is similar. If you have 32 bit software running on a 64 bit OS or 64 bit software running on a 32 bit system you may need to remove it or even do a repair, refresh or renew. A clean install followed by making sure any applications your install after that, including drivers, are compatible with the OS.

Thanks for replying .. I tried all of those solutions except for the last one which i cant do and rest of them didnt work..

"Solution 10
This solution only works for a 64-bit system. It requires replacing files is system32 directory so be careful. Only attempt this solution if you are confident and if other solutions have failed. When Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package is not properly configured it may cause 0xc00007b error. Firstly download the zip file [link] and decompress it. Reboot in safe mode and go to C:\Windows\System32. copy all files included in the zip package (mfc100.dll, mfc100u.dll, msvcr100.dll, msvcp100.dll and msvcr100_clr0400.dll) to C:\Windows\System32 replacing the current ones. After that reboot in normal mode."

i have downloaded these files but whenever i try to copy it , it does not allow me to copy and says " you need permission to perform this action " and i have clicked try again button many times but nothing happened. Please help me with it.

Have you tried right clicking the executable file for any of the listed games and selecting "Run as administrator" or "Troubleshoot compatibility" and running under the OS version it previously worked correctly in?

Yup but it did not work .. I was thinking maybe i should downgrade to windows 8 again, maybe it will start working again

Probably it might, but there is a reason for the 8.1 upgrade having been offered for free. It's because it was the best way to fix all the security and instability problems inherent to windows 8 along with minimizing any further pie in the face routines. It would be a much better solution to remain with and find a solution to, the 8.1 problems. This might require a fresh Windows 8 install followed by an immediate upgrade to 8.1 though.

Yeah That was my plan but i thought i should ask help from forum for another way. Anyway, Thanks for your help. Just wish me good luck 😀 .
you can close the thread now. Thanks once again !
