I copies data from my new Gopro to Window 10 laptop and message as below, what to do to make video work?

This file isn't playable. That might be because the file type is unsupported, the file extension is incorrect, or the file is corrupt.

Hello,

Try moving the files over again, make sure to eject the drive.
Also, try using a different media player like VLC.
