Hello, this is my first gaming PC and I want to make sure it can play any game at 1440p high settings.

Budget Range: $950 - $1,050

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Schoolwork

Are you buying a monitor: Yes

Do you need to buy OS: Yes

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Amazon, Newegg, AliExpress, Walmart, BestBuy (I am open to more sellers)

Location: Georgia, United States

Parts Preferences: I would prefer AMD parts

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: No

Your Monitor Resolution: 1440p. I play a mix of multiplayer and single players games. I am currently considering the LG 27GR83Q
PCPartPicker Part List

Looks pretty good. May not be a terrible idea to go with an 850 watt psu for just a little extra headroom if it’s only a few dollars more. But other than that it should serve you well. I’ve got a 6800 xt in my pc at 1440p and it’s a great card. Though I think I’m going to pick up a 7900xtx which is naive overkill but…why not LOL?
