I'm waiting for amd ryzen Zen 3 launch after that i will buy my pc

My budget $1,000 for all parts included
Monitor, mice, keyboard

Since we still don't know when the Ryzen 3000 series CPUs will be available this seems premature. If you're really waiting for the Ryzen 3000 series to be released and then purchasing a PC (whether the budget will stretch to Ryzen 3000, or other components will lower in price because of its launch), it would make sense to ask the question again once it's been released.
