1 6 pin Power Connector and 2 6 pin connectors?

So I'm planning on getting a new Graphics card and when I looked at the specification it says that it uses 6 pin power connectors but when I look at my current GPU it uses 2 6 pin connectors. Will this be a problem as obviously there will be 2 ports for the power connectors will it matter if I only use one of those?

If your new card only requires one 6-pin supplemental power, then it is more efficient than your old one. Not using a 6-pin power cord from your power supply will cause no harm.
