1.8GHz Intel i7-4500U Processor (Up to 3.0Ghz) FOR GAMING , Please Help

hey guys , i am wanting to buy a very cheap laptop that has this cpu in it and fits my budget , (its paired with the geforce 720M) i am just wondering , most games these days require at least 2.0Ghz . im worried that this processer is only 1.8Ghz . does the speed go up or something to 3Ghz ? so say if i wanted to play battlefield 3 , or Crysis 3 would i be able to ?

PS: the laptop im wanting to get is a ASUS

You're going to have a hard time running those games with that graphics card as it doesn't meet the minimum requirements for those games.
Pare that with the slower processor, and I'd say No way.
