I'd say get the 4690k and get the SSD later.
however do not overclock immediately, save up another $30 and pick up a cooler master hyper 212 evo first, as the intel won't let you overclock as well.
then pick up the SSD later.
Overclocking is extremely simple and there are literally a hundred guides for the 4690k alone.
 
Inmy experience.
Usually, OC does not really worth it out of the box.
If you see only from out-of-the-box perspective, buying stronger processor is better than OC.
You will need OC usually after a few years as your rig becomes more and more out-of-date.
OC is kinda in my opinion like a life-extender.

I kept my Q6600 @3.3GHz+DDR2 since 2007 until October last year even after people upgraded perhaps already several times from e.g. i5 750, i5 2500, i7 3770k, etc.
