1 G-sync 2 144hz

i plan to have a 3 monitor setup, and i want the middle to b g-sync but i dont want the other 2 to look different.

is there a monitor with 2 models, 1 with gsync and 1 without, but dat looks the same or very similar. and they have to b 24"
