1 gb or 2 gb gt 730 ddr5

hi guys,i am planning to buy gt 730,should i buy zotac or galaxy,& should it be 1 gb or 2 gb?
is it compatible with my specs?
i3-3220,4 gb ram,motherboard-H61H2-MV

Go with the vendor which has the highest specs ootb. And more vram is always better than less. Most games nowadays require a minimum, of 2GB.

The gt 730 is most definitely compatible with your motherboard. All PCI express GPUs are backwards compatible.

Personally, I'd get this Zotac as it has the GDDR5 vram and 384 cuda cores (vs the other models with 96 cuda cores)
